I love this book

I love this book! Sebastien offers his method of balancing 4 types and "stretch" of laughter exercises in a way that gradually builds trust and ease and allows laughter to emerge naturally - along with a wonderful selection of 505 great exercises organized in these 4 categories to choose from!
I highly recommend it for anyone building a laughter club or "laughter wellness" practice!
